How to use
- Please pass through an automatic ticket gate on a Seibu line.
- If you purchased your ticket through an online ticket agency, please exchange to physical pass at Seibu Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro and show the pass to a station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
Refund
- If you purchased your ticket at a station or at the SEIBU Tourist information center Ikebukuro, it may be refunded before first use, subject to a handling fee of JPY 220.
- If you purchased your ticket through an online ticket agency, please refer to the agency's cancellation policy. ※Tickets purchased through an online ticket agency cannot be refunded at station.

Laview・Red Arrow Limited Express
- All seats require a reservation so you can relax in your seat during the speedy journey to your destination
- Approx. 44mins from Seibu Shinjuku to Hon-Kawagoe , Approx. 77mins from Ikebukuro to Seibu Chichibu
You need a Limited Express Ticket and a regular train ticket when you take the Laview・Red Arrow Limited Express. You may purchase the Limited Express Ticket at Seibu Railway stations
