If you need assistance, feel free to drop by the tourist information centers shown below.

SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro

Location: Seibu Line 1F East Exit at Ikebukuro Station
Business hours: 8:00~15:00 all year
Available languages: English, Chinese and Korean (not always on hand)

Can provide sightseeing information on the Seibu lines and the Ikebukuro area, Seibu line tickets, 「Skyliner Value Ticket」for Narita airport*, and Tokyo Metro「Tokyo Subway Ticket」are available here.
*valid only on date of use

Location: Shinjuku Prince Hotel 1F Bell Captain's Desk
Provide information on sightseeing, shopping, and also sells train (Kawagoe Access Ticket), limousine bus, and other tickets.
