All Laview・Red Arrow Limited Express seats are reserved. Riding requires both a regular ticket and a limited express ticket to the destination.

Advance tickets
- Tickets can be purchased starting 1 month prior to the train's departure date.
- Group reservations (for at least 8 persons) are accepted from 1 month and 7 days in advance to 20 days in advance. Please pick them up anywhere from 1 month to 8 days prior to the day of use.

(If tickets are not picked up 8 days prior to departure, the reservations will automatically be canceled.)
Refund policy
Before use
Tickets can be refunded if they have not been used and it is before the departure time designated on the ticket.

If you lose your ticket
If you lost a ticket, you need to purchase the ticket once again. Please ask for a certificate of double payment at a station so that you can claim a refund with the certificate when the lost ticket is found. In such cases, we will give a refund after deducing the predetermined amount of the handling fee.

Refund Period
One year from the day following the day of issuance of a certificate of double payment.
