The renovated Seibuen Amusement Park reopened in spring 2021, when the Belluna Dome and the dome area were remodeled as well.
In November 2020 was the grand opening of KADOKAWA's Tokorozawa Sakura Town, one of the cultural attractions of the area. It combines a history museum, an art museum, a library, and an anime museum.

Seibuen Amusement Park
Surrounded by the beauties of nature, the renovated Seibuen Amusement Park reopened in spring 2021. Its shopping street reproducing Japan of the 1960s features live performances as well as shopping and dining. The attraction called Godzilla the ride is a thrilling ride packed with adventure.
Tokorozawa Sakura Town, KADOKAWA Musashino Museum
Tokorozawa Sakura Town includes on its site a number of cultural attractions including a library, a history museum, a fine art museum, and a contemporary art museum. Its one-of-a-kind museums cover a wide range of artistic and cultural genres.
The home stadium of the Saitama Seibu Lions professional baseball team, this semicovered dome stadium in the Sayama Hills is open to the fresh air of natural breezes. In addition to baseball games, it also hosts concerts and other events. Three years of renovation work were completed in 2021, when it reopened as a new type of ballpark.
Tokorozawa Aviation Museum
This aviation museum reflects Tokorozawa's history as the birthplace of aviation in Japan. It exhibits aircraft and explains the history of aviation in Japan and the Tokorozawa Airfield. Its flight simulator lets both children and adults enjoy a simulated flying experience. Its cinema uses a massive screen and 3D sound system to dramatically reproduce the thrill of flight.
Grand Emio Tokorozawa
This retail complex spanning Tokorozawa Station from east to west is home to about 120 shops. Its rooftop garden features railway exhibits including rails, ties, and car stops actually used on the Seibu Line. Other facilities besides the shopping experience include one of the largest restaurant floors in the area.
Lake Sayama
This artificial reservoir completed in 1934 to supply Tokyo's water needs spans the boundary between the cities of Tokorozawa and Iruma. Its official name is Yamaguchi Reservoir. Its surrounding area has been designated the prefectural Sayama Nature Park, which features 20,000 cherry trees, including Cerasus yedoensis and Cerasus jamasakura, that blossom in spring. It's also popular for photographing the autumn, Mt. Fuji, and trees reflecting on the water's surface and for birdwatching and other activities. Its beauty in all four seasons has led to its selection as one of the most beautiful reservoirs in Japan.
