The MOOMINVALLEY PARK Ticket & Travel Pass includes train fare, bus fare and ticket to the Moominvalley Park. We recommend using this ticket when you go to the Moominvalley Park. You can take unlimited rides on the Seibu lines for the day, so you can enjoy not only the Moominvalley Park, but also sightseeing spots located along the Seibu lines.

How to use
【Train】
On the day of use, show the pass to a station staff at the information counter. Staff will stamp the date of use. And show the pass to a station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
【Bus】
Please show the pass to a bus staff when getting off the bus.
※The ticket may be used for buses operated by Seibu Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus and Eagle Bus.
【Moominvalley Park】
Please show the passt to a staff at the entrance. Upon receiving a stamp on the ticket you may enter the park.
Refunds
Refunds are not permitted for train fare, bus fare or Moominvalley Park tickets
Eligibility for use
Foreigner with non-Japanese passport.
Please show all members' passports, resident cards or SPC emi Cards when purchase.
If you do not have the original, you may present a copy or photo of the above documents.
Other
- An additional limited express ticket is required for limited express train.
- To enter MOOMINVALLEY PARK, Please show the ticket to the staff at the entrance. Upon receiving a stamp on the ticket you may enter the park.

In Tove Jansson Akebono Children's Forest Park, both adults and children can enjoy the cute buildings and scenery with the motif of "Moominvalley". Entrance is free.
Business hours: (Weekdays) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Illumination starts at dawn to 9:00 pm.
Closed days: Mondays, New Year holidays (December 28-January 4) * If Monday is a national holiday, the park will close on the following weekday.
