MOOMINVALLEY PARK Ticket & Travel Pass(Digital) is available from 24 March 2025!
※MOOMINVALLEY PARK Ticket & Travel Pass(paper version) is no longer available from 13 January 2025.
The MOOMINVALLEY PARK Ticket & Travel Pass includes train fare, bus fare and ticket to the Moominvalley Park. We recommend using this ticket when you go to the Moominvalley Park. You can take unlimited rides on the Seibu lines for the day, so you can enjoy not only the Moominvalley Park, but also sightseeing spots located along the Seibu lines.

Adults (18 years old and older): ¥4,500
Junior and senior high school students (12-17 years old): ¥2,300
children (6-11 years old): ¥1,600.
*High school (aged 18) students are charged as junior high and high school student rate and primary schools students aged 12 are charged as child rate.
*Junior high and high school students must carry a student ID card or other proof of age.
*This special ticket does not guarantee the best rate. Please check the fare etc. before purchasing.
Children form 4 to 5 years old will be charged as “Child's Price” at MoominValley Park.
If visiting with children aged 4-5, please purchase a 1-Day Pass separately.

When using the bus, present the on-screen animation to the bus driver.
*Press ‘Activate this ticket’ when you get off the bus, then present the animated screen that appears after pressing the button to the bus deiver.
*Please make sure to check ‘Onward’ and ‘Return’.
*Please be careful not to operate the button when boarding the bus.

When visiting MoominValley Park, please prepare smartphone in advance and follow the directions of the staff.
*Please do not press the ‘Activate this ticket’ button until receive instruction from staff member.
Refunds
Refunds can be made without charge until 3a.m. on the day of planned use. After 3a.m., please contact the place of purchase.

In Tove Jansson Akebono Children's Forest Park, both adults and children can enjoy the cute buildings and scenery with the motif of "Moominvalley". Entrance is free.
Business hours: (Weekdays) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Illumination starts at dawn to 9:00 pm.
Closed days: Mondays, New Year holidays (December 28-January 4) * If Monday is a national holiday, the park will close on the following weekday.
