How to use
- Please pass through an automatic ticket gate on a Seibu line.
- If you purchased your ticket through an online ticket agency, Please show the pass to a station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
Refund
- If you bought a ticket at station or SEIBU Tourist information center, the ticket only before the start of use is refundable with a handling charge of 220 yen
- If you bought a ticket from online ticket agency, please check the cancellation policy of the agency
Tickets be purchased online ticket agency cannot be refunded at station
Eligibility for use
Foreigner with non-Japanese passport
Please show all member’s passports, resident cards or SPC emi Cards when purchase.
If you do not have the original, you can present a copy or photo of the above documents.
Other
An additional limited express ticket is required for limited express train.

Laview・Red Arrow Limited Express
- All seats require a reservation so you can relax in your seat during the speedy journey to your destination
- Approx. 44mins from Seibu Shinjuku to Hon-Kawagoe , Approx. 77mins from Ikebukuro to Seibu Chichibu
You need a Limited Express Ticket and a regular train ticket when you take the Laview・Red Arrow Limited Express. You may purchase the Limited Express Ticket at Seibu Railway stations
