This SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS is a lucky charm design ticket that prays for a safe trip for foreign tourists visiting Japan. Able to be used for one-round trip between Hon-Kawagoe Station and Tokyo Urban Station (Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba or Ikebukuro Station.) You are able to choose your departure and arrival stations from Tokyo Urban Station. No stopover permitted.
Ticket use
One round trip from Ikebukuro, Seibu-Shinjuku or Takadanobaba Sta. to Hon-Kawagoe Sta. *Get off at any of the 3 stations on your way back.

How to use
On the day of use, show the SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS to the station counter at Tokyo Urban Station. Staff will stamp the date of use. And show the pass to station staff to pass through the ticket gate.
Refunds
- If you bought a ticket at station or SEIBU Tourist information center, the ticket only before the start of use is refundable with a handling charge of 220yen.
- If you bought a ticket from online ticket agency, please check the cancellation policy of the agency. ※Tickets be purchased online ticket agency cannot be refunded at station.

The discount train pass with CO-EDO Loop Bus day pass is perfect for a visit to Kawagoe! This pass exclusively for non-japanese nationals is designed to resemble a Japanese talisman. Use this pass for one round trip from Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, or Ikebukuro station to Hon-Kawagoe station, and a day's use of the CO-EDO Loop Bus.
Ticket use
･ Train: Valid for one round trip only between Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, or Ikebukuro station and Hon-Kawagoe station. You can get off at different station to where you boarded.
･ CO-EDO Loop Bus: Valid for travel on the date stamped only.
