If you need assistance, feel free to drop by the tourist information centers shown below.
SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro
Location: Seibu Line 1F East Exit at Ikebukuro Station
Business hours: 8:00~15:00
Open all year
Can provide sightseeing information on the Seibu lines and the Ikebukuro area.
Seibu line tickets, 「Skyliner Value Ticket」for Narita airport *, and Tokyo Metro「Tokyo Subway Ticket」are available here.
Available languages: English, Chinese and Korean (not always on hand)
*Valid only on date of use.
SEIBU Tourist Information Center Shinjuku

SEIBU Tourist Information Center Shinjuku will be temporarily closed from March 1st, 2022 (tue.). We will inform the detail of reopen in the future. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Location: Outside the center ticket entrance at the Seibu Shinjuku StationBusiness hours: 8:00~12:30 (Business hours may differ) .
What we offer: Tourist information considering the Seibu Railway, guidance around the Shinjuku area, Information on tickets for the Seibu Railway
Languages Available: English, Chinese, Korean, etc.

Shinjuku Prince Hotel Bell Captain's Desk
Tourist information center certified by Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO)
Business hours: Open 24 hours
Location: Shinjuku Prince Hotel 1F Bell Captain's Desk
*Multilingual staff on duty for the day will be posted every day.
The multilingual staff can provide information on sightseeing, shopping, etc.
The desk also sells train (Kawagoe Access Ticket), limousine bus, and other tickets.
